Online Orders For In-Store pickup
We allow up to two weeks for in-store pickup of online orders, beginning the moment an order is placed. If the order still has not been picked up at the end of the two weeks, we will send a PayPal invoice to the customer for $7 (our flat rate domestic shipping cost) in order to send the order out. If in another two weeks, there has been no response from the customer, we will refund 70% of the cost of the order.
If you know you will not be able to make it in in the two weeks allotted, please send us an email or message.
We have gift cards for purchase in any amount, and they are good for up to a year after the issue date. We are currently unable to accept gift cards for online orders, so stop by to use yours.
We are not able to accept returns in store or online. For in store transactions, make sure an item fits before you buy it! For online orders, we post measurements and detail pictures so you know exactly what you're getting before you buy the item.
